What Equipment do I Need for the Online Training Programmes?
We recommend you use a fitness facility or gym to complete the training plans. However, if you require home workouts or have home gym equipment, then this can be discussed during your sign up call.
How Long Should I be on the Training Programme For?
We advise you stay on the training plan for a minimum of 3 months to see guaranteed results. The more consistent you stay, the more powerful the results.
What if I Miss a Workout?
Life happens! We provide flexible options and adjustments to your plan to help you stay on track.
What Platform do you use for Online Training?
We use two main platforms for our training and communication. For videos calls we use Zoom, and our training app where all the sessions are planned is CoachRX.
Can I Switch Programmes if my Goals Change?
Yes! As you improve or goals change we can discuss changes to the plan to maximise results.
How do you Track Progress?
We track progress through fitness/strength testing,progress photos and regular feedback on workouts.
Who can benefit from online training?
Online personal training is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced people, and those with specific goals like weight loss, muscle gain, or improved athletic performance.
Are nutrition plans included in the training programme?
Our training programmes do not include nutrition plans. However, in your sign up call you can ask for nutritional advice. At Train To Adapt we specialise in training plans and are sole focus is to improve your training regime.
What if I need extra motivation or accountability?
We offer additional accountability options, such as regular check ins, progress tracking and motivational interactions with your coach to keep you on track.
How do I cancel my training plan subscription?
To cancel a subscription, you must inform your coach of the cancellation and cancel 1 week in advance of the next payment date, or through the payment portal.
